About Ross Macdonald

Ross joined Royal LePage Connect and the Heather Lemieux Group after 9 years with a Canadian software company and over 20 years as a National Water Polo coach. Ross was born and raised in Toronto but with his years involved with Water Polo National teams, he has lived in Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Dollard-Des Ormeaux and Montreal. He currently resides in the fabulous Lakeside Community of Centennial/West Rouge in the east end of Toronto with his family and dogs.

He is a dedicated, energetic, full-time professional Real Estate Sales Representative. Ross brings his goal setting and performance skills that he developed working with Olympic level athletes along with his process-based approach to problem-solving that was fine tuned with his successes in the software industry. Ross's passion in helping people is as evident in his Real Estate profession as was helping his athletes or team members meet their goals.

Ross was the Head Coach and club founder of one of the most successful Water Polo clubs in the country, the York Mavericks. With Ross at the helm the club won numerous Provincial and National Championships and placed several athletes on the men's and women's provincial and national teams.
Ross was named the Head Coach of York University Varsity Men's team in his last year as a playing at the school. Ross started a women's club program at the school that became a recognized Varsity Team. Both the women and the men's team won several Ontario University titles prior to his retirement.
His roles at Doxim, a Canadian software company, were spread across the company in Q.A., Business Analyst, Contract Negotiations, Customer Relations, fulfillment and management of the Operations team.
